Ned Turnbull
E.R. (Ned) Turnbull is also the Managing Partner of Turnbull Legal Group, PLLC (TLG). TLG’s practice includes initial and early stage capital funding, business formation, business marketing, intellectual property protection, real estate and franchise law, oil and gas law and contract negotiations.
Mr. Turnbull is a former State District Court Judge and a former Chief Prosecutor. He is a former Member of the Court of Appeals Rules Committee, the Court of Appeals Emergency Appellate Division, and the Trial Judges Association. Mr. Turnbull has been endorsed by Chambers of Commerce, Newspaper Editorial Boards, Legal Bar Associations and Law Enforcement and Safety Organizations.
He has been recognized in several Marquis Who’s Who publications, including Who’s Who in the Law and Who’s Who in the World. Additionally, Mr. Turnbull has been awarded an Executive Department Proclamation and the Governor’s Judicial Commendation. Mr. Turnbull received his Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University.
Becky Clamp
Ms. Clamp has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Gulfstream Trading, Ltd, an oil trading company. At Gulfstream she is responsible for all banking relationships, treasury management, and financial reporting. Her prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance at a software firm, overseeing a transition team during a MBO, several acquisitions and systems integration.
Her background also includes Controller of a publicly traded transportation firm, VP of Operations and Analysis at a healthcare company, working with several start-up companies, and four years in public accounting. Ms. Clamp is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and holds a B.S. from the University of South Carolina and an M.B.A. from Rice University.
Brett Breeden
Brett Breeden is outside counsel for numerous partnerships and small companies handling various transactions including business formation, contract negotiations and real estate ventures. Mr. Breeden was previously an associate at several Houston law firms and represented both commercial banks and borrowers in structuring, negotiating and documenting financial transactions at the intersection of the energy and technology sectors.
He also represented oil and gas companies in transactional matters and in mineral rights issues. Mr. Breeden received his undergraduate degree in Communications focused in Public Relations from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
