
Ned Turnbull
E.R. (Ned) Turnbull is also the Managing Partner of Turnbull Legal Group, PLLC (TLG). TLG’s practice includes initial and early stage capital funding, business formation, business marketing, intellectual property protection, real estate and franchise law, oil and gas law and contract negotiations.
Mr. Turnbull is a former State District Court Judge and a former Chief Prosecutor. He is a former Member of the Court of Appeals Rules Committee, the Court of Appeals Emergency Appellate Division, and the Trial Judges Association. Mr. Turnbull has been endorsed by Chambers of Commerce, Newspaper Editorial Boards, Legal Bar Associations and Law Enforcement and Safety Organizations.
He has been recognized in several Marquis Who’s Who publications, including Who’s Who in the Law and Who’s Who in the World. Additionally, Mr. Turnbull has been awarded an Executive Department Proclamation and the Governor’s Judicial Commendation. Mr. Turnbull received his Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University.

Becky Clamp
Ms. Clamp has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Gulfstream Trading, Ltd, an oil trading company. At Gulfstream she is responsible for all banking relationships, treasury management, and financial reporting. Her prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance at a software firm, overseeing a transition team during a MBO, several acquisitions and systems integration.
Her background also includes Controller of a publicly traded transportation firm, VP of Operations and Analysis at a healthcare company, working with several start-up companies, and four years in public accounting. Ms. Clamp is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and holds a B.S. from the University of South Carolina and an M.B.A. from Rice University.

Brett Breeden
Brett Breeden is outside counsel for numerous partnerships and small companies handling various transactions including business formation, contract negotiations and real estate ventures. Mr. Breeden was previously an associate at several Houston law firms and represented both commercial banks and borrowers in structuring, negotiating and documenting financial transactions at the intersection of the energy and technology sectors.
He also represented oil and gas companies in transactional matters and in mineral rights issues. Mr. Breeden received his undergraduate degree in Communications focused in Public Relations from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

Ricardo Galvan
Ricardo R. Galvan is a legal professional who graduated Summa Cum Laude from both Thurgood Marshall School of Law and Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi (TAMU-CC), achieving a perfect 4.00 GPA at the latter. He was inducted into the Sigma Tau Delta Honor Society as a freshman at TAMU-CC, despite the honor typically being reserved for English majors in their second or third year. His writing skills earned him first place in TAMU-CC’s HAAS Writing Awards for four consecutive years. Since earning his law license in October 2019, Ricardo has gained extensive experience handling a wide range of legal matters and advocating for clients in complex cases.
Currently, Ricardo is a Senior Attorney at TLG, where he supervises the work of other firm members and helps oversee the firm’s legal operations.

Taylor Campbell
Taylor Campbell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus in Corporate Accounting from Arizona State University, graduating Cum Laude. She brings a strong foundation in organization, accuracy, and analytical thinking to her work, developed through her academic background and professional experience. Over the past two years as a paralegal, she has supported case preparation, conducted legal research, and worked closely with attorneys and clients.
Her background in accounting, combined with her experience in a fast-paced legal environment, makes her a highly effective office manager. She brings strong organizational skills, precision in handling sensitive information, and the ability to manage deadlines and workflows efficiently.

Alexis Walker
Alexis Walker holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana. She previously interned with the Neighborhood Defender Service (NDS), where she supported attorneys working on community-centered defense initiatives and gained meaningful exposure to client interaction, case preparation, and the multidisciplinary demands of public-interest legal work.
With a strong academic foundation and a growing commitment to the legal field, Alexis is preparing to apply to law school. She brings a focused, analytical perspective and a deep interest in the intersection of science, advocacy, and the law.
